As we emerge from COVID-19, the health and safety of our clients, team members and collaborative partners, continue to remain of utmost priority to us. DWE has adopted the following baseline safety measures, along with guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): 

  1. Use of face covering;

  2. Practice physical distancing;

  3. Conduct temperature checks of team members;

  4. Provide hand sanitizer;

  5. Follow CDC cleaning protocols;

  6. General COVID-19 awareness training for team members; and

  7. Virtual meetings in place of traditional in-person meetings, where possible. 

In addition, we continue to work with our creative partners and event professionals to ensure proper health and safety protocols are being maintained through out all phases of the planning process, as well during as during production and breakdown. 

We are able to design and execute seating arrangements and floor plans based on the most current guidelines and mandates issued by your state and municipality.
